As our Miami office continues to grow, we’re looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals with 1–3+ years of sales, business development or recruitment experience who are ready to take the next step in their careers. What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new business through proactive sales, prospecting and cold calling
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Pitching and selling recruitment solutions across the technology market
- Sourcing and headhunting top talent
- Managing candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Building your own network and developing a specialist market
- Working towards clear sales, activity and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with 1–3+ years of sales, business development or recruitment experience
- A strong commercial mindset and genuine passion for sales
- Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships and influencing others
- Competitive, resilient and motivated by achieving targets
- Coachable individuals who are eager to learn, develop and progress
- Someone looking to build a long-term career in a high-performance environment
