Regional Financial Consultant | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a large, stable organization seeking a Regional Financial Consultant to support financial operations across a multi-site service area. This individual contributor role serves as a strategic finance partner to executive and operational leadership, providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business decision support across a portfolio of locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, analyzing complex business data, and helping drive operational and financial performance. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of financial analysis, operational analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experience
• Experience working with large and complex data sets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Experience supporting executive, operational, or business leadership teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
