Senior Associate/Of Counsel - General Liability Defense (Hybrid)

Prominent national law firm is growing and seeking a Senior Attorney with 4-10+ years of litigation experience to join their Seattle, Washington office.

Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of these areas: General Liability, Wrongful Death, Construction, Trucking/Transportation, Coverage, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Habitability, Professional Liability, Toxic Tort/Environmental, Municipal, Medical Malpractice, Auto, Product Liability, Insurance Defense, Employment, Public Entity Defense.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases

• Handle cases from inception to conclusion

• Take and defend depositions

• Make court appearances

• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• 4-10+ years of litigation experience

• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Washington State

• Juris Doctorate

• Trial and/or Trial Preparation

Base salary up to 225k
