Who We Are Looking For:

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture 
• Active licensure in or reciprocal to Ohio is strongly preferred 
• NCARB certification 
• 8-12+ years of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management with Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family Residential, and/or Light Industrial projects  
• Expertise with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other design software  
• High level of organization and attention to detail, sense of urgency in completing deliverables within defined timelines  
• Team-oriented attitude that fosters collaboration and shared success  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills  

What You Will Do:

Roles and responsibilities for this position include:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including oversight of entire project lifecycle, from schematic design through construction administration and turnover to client  
• Collaborate with other departments to incorporate best practices and unique design elements  
• Design major structures, prepare working drawings, and complete related project documentation  
• Plan layouts and integrate architectural elements to unify design for client review and approval  
• Lead and document project design and/or develop meetings with client, regulatory review boards, and contractors. Evening hours may be required 
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, co-workers, subcontractors, and management
