The Role

We're looking for a Production Designer to own the look and logic of the Shiloh & Bros world. You'll take the creative vision for each episode and translate it into a cohesive visual world, then make sure every department (set design, props, set decoration, wardrobe, casting, and production) is building toward the same picture.

This is a world-building role as much as a design role. Our show lives inside video game worlds, so every set, prop, and color choice has to feel playful, consistent, and true to the Shiloh & Bros Universe. 

This is a contract position with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

World building

• Develop and maintain the visual language of the Shiloh & Bros universe: color palettes, textures, architecture, and game-world rules
• Design recurring and episode-specific environments that feel like they belong in the same world
• Help build and keep up our show look books so the world stays consistent from episode to episode
• Translate video game aesthetics into practical, buildable sets for live-action production
• Connecting departments to the vision
• Partner with the creative leads early in the writing process to understand each episode's story, tone, and needs
• Turn that vision into clear direction for set design, props, set decoration, wardrobe, and the art team
• Run design reviews and check-ins so departments stay aligned before anything is built or bought
• Work with casting and wardrobe so characters fit naturally into the environments around them

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio that shows strong world building and environment design
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple departments toward one creative vision
• Strong concept and communication skills: sketching, mood boards, references, and clear verbal direction
• Comfortable working at the pace of a high-output series with quick turnarounds
• A collaborative, positive attitude that fits a family-centered production
