Senior Electrical Engineer – Healthcare

The opportunity
A leading national engineering firm is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help lead its healthcare work in Raleigh. You'll run hospital and healthcare projects from first concept through to the end of construction. You'll also be a senior voice in the electrical team, guiding engineers day to day and helping them grow.

What you'll do
- Lead healthcare projects of all sizes, from concept design to completion of construction
- Be the main technical and client-facing lead, managing relationships, the project team and the schedule
- Supervise the electrical staff's day-to-day work
- Mentor engineers on technical skills and career development
- Work closely with in-house mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and other teams
What you'll bring
- A degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- A PE licence (Ideally)
- 7+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
- A proven track record of managing projects successfully
- Strong electrical design expertise and a working knowledge of the related disciplines
