LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an innovative and rapidly evolving organization seeking a Senior Claude/AI/Financial Systems Analyst. This position will serve as a key liaison between Commercial Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and IT while leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on financial systems optimization, business intelligence, automation, and AI-driven process improvement.

- Change Management & User Adoption
- Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required
- Public accounting foundation strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, FP&A, financial systems, and/or finance transformation experience
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar systems
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills
- Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude
- Ability to communicate/partner across departments
- Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic decision-making
