Job Title: Project Controls Engineer/Senior Project Controls Engineer
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + 5% target bonus
The Role
We’re working with a leading construction organisation looking for an experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead project setup audits, improve controls processes and mentor junior team members. Day to Day
- Lead project setup audits and validate WBS and task coding.
- Improve project startup, reporting standards and controls processes.
- Mentor Project Controls Engineers and Data Specialists.
- Collaborate with project teams to drive consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in project controls or project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of WBS, project planning and controls systems.
- Experience with Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
