Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY Welcome) – 2026-2027 School Year Opportunity

About the Company:

Blazer Jobs is actively hiring for a full-time, remote school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services for a supportive school district during the 2026–2027 academic year. About the Role:

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) remote position starting this upcoming school year. You’ll deliver engaging, evidence-based virtual therapy services to a diverse PreK–12 caseload using secure teletherapy technology. Your responsibilities will include direct therapy, evaluations, IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals. Whether you’re an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) seeking mentorship and professional growth, you’ll step into a role that allows you to thrive while helping students succeed from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy services to students with a range of communication needs, using evidence-based practices aligned with their IEP goals.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations, contributing to comprehensive assessments and eligibility determinations.
• Develop and implement IEPs that reflect each student’s strengths, needs, and communication goals.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions and reporting data to IEP teams and families.
• Collaborate virtually with educators, families, and support staff to create inclusive environments and promote carryover of skills.
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultations through secure teleconferencing platforms.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active SLP license in your state of residence and in the state where services are provided (licensure support available)
• ASHA CCCs preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Excellent virtual communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active SLP license (multi-state licensure preferred or willingness to obtain)
• ASHA CCCs
• Strong communication, documentation, and teletherapy technology skills
