Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a part-time Billing Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Office Manager and Attorneys on client billing, accounts receivable, and general administrative support. Opportunity for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client billing
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Answer and direct phone calls to attorneys
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
- Previous billing experience a plus, but not required
