What You'll Do:
- Draft and negotiate term, construction, revolving, and permanent loans
- Work across multifamily, retail, industrial, and office projects
- Independently manage sophisticated matters while delivering exceptional client service
What You Bring:
- 4–8+ years of commercial real estate experience, with meaningful finance experience
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A plus: agency financing, CMBS loans, affordable housing, purchase agreements, or joint venture experience

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
