Location: Chicago, Illinois

Salary: $50,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: $75–85k)

Based in Chicago, you'll join a high-performing team covering Life Sciences, Banking & Finance, and Technology & IT.

Recruitment is one of the most challenging and rewarding forms of sales. You're not selling a product. You're influencing career decisions, negotiating offers, and helping businesses scale with top talent.

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000
• Uncapped commission from day one
• Year 1 OTE: $75–85k (subject to confirmation for Chicago)
• Top 50 billers in the business earn around $18k per month in commission alone
• Top 10 billers earn around $34k per month in commission alone

Your earnings are directly tied to performance. There is no ceiling!

You'll benefit from structured training with a dedicated in-house Learning & Development function.

You'll receive ongoing mentorship from experienced billers and leaders who have progressed through the ranks themselves.

What You Need

• 6+ months of B2B sales experience
• OR a sales internship
• OR up to 1 year in staffing/recruitment
• OR a highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness
