Tensor Revive is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Tax Supervisor to oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations and tax compliance activities.
This position will play an important role in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and U.S. federal and state tax compliance. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of financial matters, and have hands-on experience with U.S. tax filings.

Salary:$68,000–$75,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and internal financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial performance
- Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning
- Prepare, coordinate, and/or file U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and tax filings
- Ensure timely compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements
- Manage tax records and respond to tax notices and government inquiries
- Coordinate with external CPAs, tax advisors, payroll providers, and other financial professionals
- Assist with payroll tax, sales/use tax, and other applicable tax compliance
- Support audits and year-end financial and tax activities
- Identify potential accounting and tax risks and recommend solutions
- Establish and improve financial and accounting processes as the company grows
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting, finance, and/or tax experience
- Hands-on U.S. tax filing and tax compliance experience is required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax requirements
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CPA, EA, or accounting/tax certification is a plus
- Multi-state tax experience is a plus
- Payroll tax and sales/use tax experience is preferred
- Experience in a technology, hardware, manufacturing, or startup environment is a plus
- Mandarin Chinese speaking ability is strongly preferred

Compensation$68,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
