Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience within and agency, client, media company, or sales and marketing organizations, with a strong understanding of the sponsorship sales process and a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing programs for advertisers
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »

• Aptitude and direct experience in developing sports sponsorships or marketing solutions
• Proficiency in visual storytelling with skill in Powerpoint, Keynote, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of media marketing and the sports advertising marketplace
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak with clients and large groups with ease
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect client business challenges to innovative marketing solutions
• Ability to interact with senior-level management, internally and externally
• Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding and experience in developing and executing 360 marketing programs
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts that align with client objectives
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution while balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move projects forward independently
