Senior Wealth Tax Advisor

Premier Financial Search is representing a leading wealth advisory firm seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Tax Advisor to join a dedicated advisory team serving a select portfolio of approximately 60–100 ultra-high-net-worth clients. This is a 100% advisory role with no tax compliance responsibilities, allowing you to focus on sophisticated tax mitigation, wealth transfer, estate planning, and balance sheet strategies.

You’ll serve as the team’s technical subject matter expert on its most complex planning opportunities, partnering with other advisors to evaluate strategies, present recommendations, and guide implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically accomplished advisor who enjoys solving complex planning challenges while working directly with UHNW individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of advanced income tax, estate, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Serve as a technical resource for complex UHNW client planning matters.
• Identify new tax and planning opportunities in response to evolving regulations and client objectives.
• Partner with advisors and other specialists to develop and present comprehensive client strategies.
• Provide technical education, mentorship, and guidance to internal team members.
• Support the continued growth and development of the firm’s advanced planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of financial advisory experience with significant exposure to sophisticated income and estate tax planning.
• Strong ability to communicate complex planning concepts clearly to HNW and UHNW clients.
• CFP®, CPA, JD, or LL.M preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Compensation Range:

$160,000–$220,000 (Depending on Experience)
