We’re growing our Miami office and looking for ambitious, competitive people who want to build a career in sales and recruitment.

You don’t need recruitment experience or a background in tech. We’ll teach you the recruitment, sales and technology side of the role from day one.

What will you actually be doing?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage both sides of the recruitment process, building relationships with technology professionals and winning business from companies looking to hire.

Your day will involve a lot of phone-based sales, relationship building, and business development.

You’ll be:

• Calling freelancers and contractors across Data & AI, ERP, CRM and Cloud
• Building and managing your own candidate network
• Speaking with candidates about projects, availability and career moves
• Calling businesses and hiring managers to identify new opportunities
• Developing new business and building client relationships
• Negotiating rates and terms with candidates and clients
• Matching contractors with the right opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process through to placement
• Using LinkedIn, job boards and CRM tools to source candidates and win business
• Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets
• Building your own specialist market, desk and book of business

You’ll be speaking to people every day, building relationships, developing business and learning how to turn conversations into revenue.
