About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager to lead Musaffa's fundraising campaign operations and manage our growing Investor Relations team.

Musaffa has raised capital through multiple equity crowdfunding campaigns (Regulation CF) and private investment offerings (Regulation D). You will take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution, investor acquisition, investor communications, and team performance.

You will translate Musaffa's fundraising strategy into actionable weekly plans, ensure campaigns stay on schedule, manage the investor journey from initial interest to completed investment, and track performance to drive measurable results.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, working closely with Musaffa's leadership, marketing, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising campaigns

  • Plan and run fundraising campaigns from launch to close across all our offering types, including equity crowdfunding open to everyone (Regulation CF) and private rounds for accredited investors (Regulation D)
  • Turn the campaign strategy into a week-by-week plan with clear owners, deadlines and targets
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations with our offering platform, DealMaker, and other partners
  • Brief the creative and social media team, and keep every campaign on schedule and on message
  • Organize investor webinars and events, from registration through follow-up

Investor journey and communications

  • Manage the investor pipeline in our CRM, from first interest to completed investment
  • Group investors by audience (existing shareholders, app users, accredited investors and new leads) and tailor communications to each
  • Run email, WhatsApp and in-app message sequences, and test what works best
  • Coordinate investor onboarding, documents and funding status with our platform partners
  • Re-engage people who started an investment but did not finish

Investor Relations team

  • Lead, train and coach our Investor Relations Associates
  • Set clear standards for response times, follow-ups and service quality
  • Make sure every investor question gets a timely, accurate answer
  • Keep existing shareholders informed with regular updates
  • Resolve escalated investor issues with internal teams and platform partners

Reporting and operations

  • Track funnel conversion, capital raised, cost per investor and channel performance
  • Prepare a weekly fundraising scorecard and lead the weekly review
  • Find bottlenecks in the investor journey and fix them
  • Work with our legal team so every campaign follows company policy and securities rules

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in fundraising, investor relations, growth marketing or campaign management, ideally in financial services
  • Experience running equity crowdfunding or private capital-raising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Regulation CF and Regulation D
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM and marketing automation tools (for example HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Experience leading a team and holding it to clear standards
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnels, spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organized, able to manage several workstreams at once, and comfortable working independently and remotely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DealMaker, Republic, Wefunder, StartEngine or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting multimillion-dollar equity fundraising campaigns
  • Background in fintech, investment platforms or venture-backed startups
  • Familiarity with accredited investor onboarding and verification
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business, webinar platforms and A/B testing
  • Understanding of the Muslim community and interest in Islamic finance
  • Additional languages, such as Arabic, Urdu, Bahasa, Turkish or Uzbek
  • Experience working with teams across time zones

What Success Looks Like

  • Fundraising campaigns organized and run successfully across all our offering types
  • Investor pipelines and fundraising operations managed efficiently
  • Better investor acquisition efficiency and campaign engagement
  • High investor satisfaction and fast response times
  • A productive, well-organized Investor Relations team
