💰STRONG Salary + HUGE equity options + other benefits.
A truly unique opportunity to join a company developing an entirely new semicon fabrication process. This company have received significant funding and they're gearing up for a huge 2027.
This technology is a fundamentally new approach to chip-to-chip interconnects.
A huge focus currently is RDL interposer experience. Real world manufacturing/fabrication (not just knowledge of it)
I'm currently looking for engineers with Spin-on coating experience / Ajinomoto Build-up Film knowledge / Nano-filler ABF. I'm actively searching for process engineers, managers, advanced packaging skills. And everything in-between.
Along with the chance to work on some extremely interesting technology, this business is offering very strong equity packages. We want people who believe in the mission.
