As our Director of Operations, you will help lead that mission.

Working directly with surgeon ownership, you'll help shape the future of our organization by strengthening operations, developing leaders, enhancing culture, and building the infrastructure needed for continued growth.

What You'll Do

As the senior operational leader, you will be responsible for:

• Driving strategic initiatives that support organizational growth.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing managers and future leaders.
• Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, payroll, and operational metrics.
• Improving workflows, operational efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Building scalable systems and processes to support future expansion.
• Partnering with surgeon leadership to execute the organization's long-term vision.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, medical, dental, or surgical practice operations.
• Strong background in financial management, budgeting, operational analytics, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and developing future leaders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build accountability while fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture.
