The expected total compensation for this role is $180,000-$210,000. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, transformation, Chief of Staff, shared services, or a related role, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct stakeholder discovery, develop practical recommendations, and execute against them in a complex matrix environment.
- Quantitatively fluent and comfortable interpreting financial and operational information, working with Excel and budgets, and discussing KPIs with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted proxy for the VP of Finance and Operations, building relationships and driving alignment across brand and enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead discovery and structured problem solving around complex business issues, translating qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready kickoff decks, leadership updates, business cases, decision materials, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Lead high-priority initiatives and help design scalable service models, governance, and operating frameworks across areas including payroll, benefits, insurance, and procurement.
- High-impact role with significant exposure to multiple brands, executive leadership teams, acquisitions, and high-impact strategic initiatives.
