Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $95,000-$130,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or business finance.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems and analyzing working capital performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling efforts across the organization.
- Partner with executive leadership and department leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and evaluate business performance.
- Analyze monthly financial results, identify trends and variances, and develop executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Monitor working capital metrics, improve cash flow performance, and support process improvements across finance and operations.
- High visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership.
