This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced architect who wants to help lead a practice. The right candidate will have strong design skills, technical expertise, excellent client communication abilities, and the desire to participate in business development and firm leadership.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Architect in good standing with the State of California and has a minimum of seven years of professional architectural experience, preferably focused on custom residential design. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, or comparable architectural design software, and have demonstrated experience with custom homes, remodels, and residential additions. A thorough understanding of the California Building Code, local zoning regulations, and permitting processes is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local jurisdictions while managing multiple projects from concept through construction.

We offer the opportunity to join a well-established and respected architectural firm with a long-standing reputation for quality design and a loyal client base built over decades of successful projects. This position provides a unique pathway to partnership and future ownership for the right individual who is interested in helping lead and grow the firm. You'll work in a flexible, collaborative environment where your ideas, expertise, and contributions are valued, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding long-term career.
