Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

• Source, pitch, and close high-net-worth clients for structured products and alternative investment notes
• Leverage Mandarin fluency to effectively consult, build trust, and manage relationships with Chinese-speaking HNWIs and cross-border investors
• Collaborate with our cross-border tax and advisory teams to align product offerings with clients' holistic wealth, tax, and estate planning strategies
• Guide clients through the complete investment lifecycle, from initial consultation to KYC/AML compliance and deal execution

Requirements 任职资格

• Must hold relevant U.S. securities licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63, 65, or 66, or equivalent regulatory distribution credentials)
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in U.S. wealth management, investment banking, or cross-border finance
• Proven track record of successfully selling structured products, private placements, or investment notes
• Established relationships with Chinese-speaking HNWIs, family offices, or cross-border investors are a strong plus
• Mandarin is required
• Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset, fully comfortable with a 100% commission-based (1099) independent contractor model
