Associate Veterinarian

We are working on behalf of a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Denver, CO that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit 3-doctor team.

Over the past 15 years, the hospital has built a loyal local following and outstanding client reviews on one simple idea: treat every pet like your own.

You will practice comprehensive small animal medicine, from wellness and prevention through to surgery, advanced care, and same-day sick appointments, with in-house diagnostics that let you make quick, confident decisions for your patients.

The hospital runs with genuine clinical autonomy, so you lead your cases and practice the medicine you believe in, supported by a strong paraprofessional team and an experienced hospital manager. We're looking for a Veterinarian to join the team on just a 4 day working week with limited Saturday coverage.

Pay is competitive with a monthly production bonus and no negative accrual, and there are clear paths into leadership if that is where you want to go.

Whether you are an experienced DVM or earlier in your career and looking for structured mentorship, this is a team that invests in its doctors. And then there is Denver itself. With around 300 days of sunshine, the Rocky Mountains on your doorstep, and a thriving food, culture, and sports scene, it is hard to beat for life outside the hospital walls.
