For Candidates:

- Do not submit misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
- Do not engage in any unlawful activity, harassment, or discrimination.
For Recruiters/Employers:
- Ensure job postings comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including non-discrimination policies.
- Do not post misleading, false, or non-existent job opportunities.
- Maintain candidate confidentiality and do not share personal information without consent.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Post any illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or offensive content.
- Use Jobbol to send spam, scams, or fraudulent job offers.
- Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or affiliations.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform through hacking or other malicious activities.
- Scrape, copy, or republish any content from Jobbol without permission.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Jobbol collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We take reasonable security measures to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee complete security.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
