Job Description
Lead Electrical Technician
Work with a team of Technicians and Engineering Resources in Electronic Test to build, repair, and rework avionics red label products and the CCA's within.
Build and repair test equipment in the eFab (Electronic Fabrication group).
Support customers across Engineering and ISC.
Perform tasks ranging from replacing a broken pin on a connector to building a full-up ATE and all related sub-assemblies.
Assemble, modify, and repair cable harnesses, circuit cards (including micro-electronics), break-out boxes/test adapters, power controllers, full-up test stations/racks, and EMI fixtures.
Work directly with engineering to provide build recommendations and problem-solving solutions.
Work Model: Onsite.
Security Clearance Requirements: Compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations may limit access to controlled technologies.

Job Requirements:
Expert in CCA repair and rework.
Expert in lead-free soldering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in CCA build, rework, and repair with microelectronics.
Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics/prints.
Experience reading an MI (Manufacturing Instruction) or equivalent for avionics LRU modifications.
Proficiency with crimping tools, soldering iron, cutters/strippers, mechanical tools, volt-meter, continuity testers, and label makers.
Experience in building/fabricating test equipment assemblies.
Familiarity with electronic troubleshooting and repair.
Familiar with IPC standards and/or IPC certified.
Familiar with SAP.
Compensation Package:
Salary Proposal$40.00 - $45.00. Per hour.
