Job Description

Junior Construction Project Manager
Oversees each stage of the construction lifecycle from start to finish.
Ensures projects are in line with overall strategy and criteria.
Manages subcontractors and construction workers to guarantee quality work.
Establishes and follows a budget, schedule, and quality control plan.
Ensures compliance with all local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety precautions.
Support the Construction Manager in tracking and managing key project milestones to maintain schedules and achieve project goals.
Collaborate with design teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to address constructability, methods, and cost during the design development phase.
Site Visits & Progress Meetings.
Conduct routine site visits and assist in moderating progress meetings to ensure project objectives are met, including brand standards, quality, schedule, and cost.
Deliver high-level status updates to departmental and company leadership.
Post-Occupancy Support.
Partner with Operations and Facilities teams to address significant repairs, renovations, and construction warranty issues, ensuring timely resolution and closeout.
Contract Management.
Track and preliminarily review contractor contracts for assigned projects.
Document Review & Feedback.
Assist in reviewing design documents and specifications, providing input on constructability, budget, and schedule implications.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in using construction project management software.
Ability to establish robust relationships with contractors and construction workers.
Strong skills in organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or Structure.
Has undergone Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training.
Possessing a Construction Project Management certification is preferred.
Has 0 to 2 years of practical construction experience.
