Technical Account Manager
Assisting customers with product training and advice, including responding to technical customer support issues.
Providing overall technical support, training, and project management to customers during implementation.
Learning assigned customers setup, typical workflows, goals, and how they (can) use our products and services to better serve their tasks and goals.
Gain understanding of customer technical infrastructures, hardware, and offerings and serve as a customer advocate within End2End.
Helping customers attain value from the products or services theyve purchased, ideally assisting them in gaining more value than they anticipated.
Assisting sales and marketing with information about product specifications.
Monitoring common technical support questions and creating processes, documentation and/or completing training for handling those support requests at scale.
Collaborating with the entire End2End organization to address customer support tickets.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through quick and efficient handling of all support tasks.
Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support.

Job Requirements:
Compensation Package:

$45,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
