Job Description
Resident Inspector III
Conduct thorough site inspections and document findings.
Monitor construction progress and adherence to project schedules.
Review contractor submittals and payment applications.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project teams to address challenges and implement solutions.
Work Schedule or Working Hours:
Full-time position in Southeastern, Massachusetts - Cape Code area.

Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 plus years of relevant experience in construction management or engineering.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in construction documentation, underground pipelines, water/wastewater pumping stations or treatment plants, safety protocols, and street paving.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to quality assurance and problem-solving.
Compensation Package:
Salary ProposalUp to $58/hour
