Construction Project Manager
Participate in the planning and implementation of project from pre-construction to completion. Manage team of project personnel, engineers, field staff and sub-contractors. Act as the liaison with project ownership, consultants and subcontractors. Coordinate the work of the contractors, providing progress reports to leadership. Assist with management of RFP, RFI, submittals, requisitions and change orders. Ensure project is remaining on budget. Review inspector daily reports and logs. Resolve any issues with project superintendents and subcontractors. Conduct weekly project meetings, manage project budgets and monitor quality assurance. Review and implement safe work procedures. Build and manage schedule of project activities and crew. Ensure project is compliant and violation free. Monitor and forecast costs for project. Provide the necessary leadership to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the project. Work with design teams to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise, and to ensure project quality. Identify any area of risk and develop strategy to prevent going over budget, project schedule and overall risk mitigation. Manage permits, sign offs, TCO and CO.
