Benefits Administrator
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and supplementary benefits.
Process enrollments, changes, and terminations while ensuring compliance with state policies and regulations.
Maintain timely and accurate submission of benefits documentation and updates to vendors.
Employee Support:
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
Provide guidance on benefits enrollment, coverage options, and claims processes.
Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and ongoing education sessions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure data integrity.
Manage benefits databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Analyze benefits data to identify opportunities for program improvements or cost savings.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with benefits vendors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of benefits.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues as needed.
Policy Development:
Assist in developing and revising benefits policies and procedures.
Ensure policies align with organizational regulations and best practices.

Job Requirements:
Compensation Package:

$38 per hour
