Job Description
Sales Marketing Manager
Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to interior designers, hoteliers, and real estate developers to introduce our brand and products.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business.
Develop a referral network by engaging with interior designers, architects, and luxury property developers.
Identify new business opportunities in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial markets.
Close sales by effectively presenting product benefits, customization options, and pricing strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, design expos, and industry networking events to generate leads.
Identify and pursue partnerships and new business opportunities.
Comfortable working in a startup environment.

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, interior design, or furniture sales.
Strong ability to cold call and build relationships with industry professionals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
Passion for luxury furniture, design, and high-end craftsmanship.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
Experience using CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.
