Job Description
Director of Engineering
Lead RF product & IP development (2-9GHz TX/RX modules).
Collaborate across design, packaging, product, and test teams.
Define IP roadmap and support corporate planning.
Work with marketing & customers on specs & requirements.
Conduct architecture studies & feasibility simulations.
Ensure high-quality product development using advanced simulations.
Mentor & lead an engineering team.
Provide updates to senior management.
This position will involve leading a team developing advanced mixed-signal ICs for RF and automotive applications, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring high-performance RF solutions to high-volume markets.

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
BSEE (15+ yrs) or MSEE (12+ yrs) in RF engineering.
Experience in RF product development & Tier 1 customer engagement.
Strong team leadership skills.
Expertise in RFIC components & semiconductor technologies.
Proficient in RF simulation & measurement tools.
Knowledge of Wi-Fi, LTE, and wireless standards.
Compensation Package:
Salary ProposalSalary $250k base
