Job Description
Senior Video Engineer
Provide support, optimization, and enhancement for advanced video equipment, including VOD, multiplexing, and digital transport systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and test video delivery systems, improving system performance.
Work with vendors, field teams, and other stakeholders to implement network projects and troubleshoot design issues.
Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance and fostering team development.

Job Requirements:
Requirements for the Video Engineer:
5+ years of experience in video networking technologies and systems.
Strong expertise in video delivery protocols (HLS, MPEG-DASH), video compression (HEVC, AVC), and content distribution networks (CDNs).
Advanced knowledge of IP networking, including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and Unix systems.
Proficient in scripting and writing complex queries (experience with Splunk and custom scripts is a plus).
Familiarity with Motorola DAC and Cisco DNCS video delivery systems is highly desired.
Experience with network management tools and video protocol analyzers is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Professional, or equivalent certification is desired.
Compensation Package:
Salary ProposalUS$ 100K/a - US$ 145K/a
