Construction Manager
Insight Global is searching for a Construction Manager to support our client in Anchorage AK. Responsible for managing large projects, developing and implementing projects, programs, and procedures that have a general organizational impact. The role requires providing functional and technical guidance to junior staff while fostering teamwork within the area of responsibility. Will manage a wide variety of projects, ensuring all are completed on schedule and within budget. Essential Duties: 45% Contract and manage outside consultants and contractors. 15% Create project scope of work (SOW) and bill of materials (BOM), and oversee and participate in the procurement of materials. 10% Develop and maintain project budgets. 10% Develop and maintain project schedules, including traditional Gantt and PERT charts. 10% Support and define project scopes with internal and external customers, and oversee and participate in the development and resourcing of materials. 10% Ensure complete documentation of projects.

Schedules: Available to start ASAP Flexible Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST (50%-70% travel by plane in Alaska). General Observations: Looking for someone local/around New York/New Jersey areas. Opportunity to assist with relocation. This role requires 50% - 70% travel across Alaska and the remaining time remote.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills And Experience: 6-8 years of Construction Management experience. Experience managing consultants, contractors, developing scopes of works. High school degree. Nice To Have Skills And Experience: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Management, Business, Telecommunications. Construction Management (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. NCTI Course – “Project Management”.

Compensation Package:

salario   Salary Proposal
Hourly Rate: $40 - $55.
Assistance with relocation, Flexible hourly, Option for remote work.
