Executive Director
Oversee the daily operations of the Association and Foundation, including team organization, delegation of responsibilities, and personnel supervision.
Manage finances, marketing, programming, technology, and human resources.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors in setting policies, articulating the vision and mission of the Association, as well as defining short and long-term strategic goals.
Implement and oversee programs that support the professional well-being of our members.
Represent the Bar Association at local, state, and national events.
Develop strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors and communicate vision and strategy to the staff and volunteers.
Manage the Foundation under the oversight of its President and Board, ensuring it supports public services, pro bono efforts, youth education, educational programs, and publications.
Effectively manage the team and volunteers to achieve goals and objectives.
Seek new opportunities for membership expansion through the development of strong recruitment strategies, effective marketing campaigns, and beneficial partnerships and business relationships.
Supervise the planning and execution of events, including fundraising initiatives, social events, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, receptions, and committee meetings.
Manage the delivery of all Association programs and services, including Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programming, Pro Bono community service delivery, and related youth education. Determine ways to promote community engagement and participation.
Responsible for overall fiscal management, which includes operating within the approved budget, ensuring maximum resource utilization, and keeping the Association in a positive financial position.
Ensure the fiscal integrity of the Association, including presenting a proposed annual budget and monthly financial statements that accurately reflect the Association's financial condition.
