Job Description
Plumbing Technician
Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential customers.
Troubleshoot plumbing systems and diagnose issues.
Provide outstanding customer service, offering clear and accurate communication about services provided.
Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and materials.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.
Represent the company professionally, ensuring customers have a positive experience with every interaction.
Receive training in heating systems, expanding your skill set to include installation, maintenance, and repair of heating equipment.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred. Will consider a plumber out of trade school with a strong willingness to learn.
Licensing/Certifications: Valid Connecticut plumbing license.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting, repair, and installation skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Tools: Must have own set of basic tools. Company will provide specialized equipment.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Willingness to Learn: Must be open to receiving training in heating systems and expanding your expertise.
Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed
