Job Description

Chief Marketing Officer
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Content Creation & Management: Spearhead the creation of compelling, relevant content that resonates with our target audience and positions us as thought leaders in identity theft and fraud prevention.
Digital Advertising & Lead Generation: Utilize modern digital advertising techniques to attract and convert potential customers. You’ll be expected to be hands-on with campaigns, optimizing them for maximum impact.
Brand Stewardship: Be the guardian of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values and mission. You will own the first impression we make with our audience.
Collaborator on Company Culture: Work closely with the CEO and the rest of the leadership team to foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented company culture.
Team Development: As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a lean, high-performing marketing team.
Location: New York City and/or Remote.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a startup or fast-growing company.
Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the tech or cybersecurity space, is a strong plus.
Content & Digital Marketing Expertise:
Deep understanding of modern digital marketing tactics, content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
Hands-On Leader:
You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, especially in the early stages.
Brand Visionary:
Strong sense of branding and ability to communicate a compelling narrative that aligns with our company's mission.
Collaborative Spirit:
You're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and values the input and collaboration of others.
