Business Development Representative
Build and Strengthen Referral Partnerships: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key referral partners, including hospitals, mental health professionals, community organizations, EAPs, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with referral sources.
Drive Admissions Growth: Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to increase referrals and admissions to Wellbrook Recovery.
Promote the unique benefits of Wellbrook Recovery, including detox, residential services, trauma-informed care, family therapy, and alumni programs.
Community Engagement and Awareness: Represent Wellbrook Recovery at community events, health fairs, conferences, and other relevant forums.
Develop educational presentations to raise awareness about addiction recovery and available resources.
Maintain Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving needs of referral partners to adjust strategies effectively.
